We charge your bank, debit, or credit card account before providing any services. Following the initial payment, subsequent charges occur at approximately 30-day intervals, on a monthly basis.
The charges for initial consultations and/or services rendered are non-refundable.
At this time, we do not have any discounts or promotions available. However, we occasionally offer special promotions, so be sure to stay updated with our latest news and announcements.
We accept a variety of payment methods, including debit cards, credit cards, ACH (Automated Clearing House) transfers, and wire transfers. You can choose the method that is most convenient for you.
However, your first payment for microservices must be made by debit or credit card. The initial payment method may differ within certain custom offering and/or international contexts.
Absolutely, customization is possible. However, it’s important to note that our microservices are designed as modular components, typically integrated within broader frameworks. By design they are built to scale, and provide clarity that enables our clients to develop minor customization options upfront, thereby allowing them to better understand their upfront commitment. As such, customizing microservices to meet specific requirements may result in pricing that differs significantly from our standard microservices rates.
We offer month-to-month contracts for microservices. While you have the flexibility to cancel anytime, please note that all fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. To ensure you are not charged for the subsequent month, please cancel your subscription no later than 10 days prior to the upcoming billing cycle.
Our client support is designed to seamlessly cater to your needs while respecting your time. We offer behind-the-scenes assistance, and you can expect special updates via email, phone, or chat as necessary. The heart of our communication, where we can answer questions, clarify details, address concerns, review projects, and assess performance, takes place during our regularly scheduled weekly check-in meetings.
Rest assured, our team is here to support your strategic and operational requirements during normal business hours, which are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Additionally, for clients in Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones within the United States, we extend our accessibility up to close of business (5:00 PM in each select time zone) with at least 3 hours’ advance notice. If you’re operating internationally, we can accommodate your needs as well during your local business hours, provided you specify those requirements during your initial consultation with DataExos.
We kindly request that you use this access judiciously, as our team’s bandwidth is not unlimited, and excessive inquiries and requests outside of our weekly check-in meetings may impact our ability to assist other valued clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Each microservice lists a specific set of pricing attributes. Some are defined by a specific number (max.) of dedicated work hours. Others are defined by a different set of criteria.
If a payment is missed or your card expires, all client services will be temporarily suspended until the payment is received and processed. Please note that the billing cycle will not be extended, and the payment will not be prorated in consideration of the time frame in which payment was not made during the billing cycle. It’s also important to note that, depending on how much time is left in the billing cycle, the client may not receive 100% of the dedicated hours allotted to them each month.
If you don’t utilize the entire block of hours you’ve purchased within the billing period, you will still be charged the full agreed-upon amount. Any hours not used within this timeframe will expire once the billing cycle concludes.
